We focus on all aspects of communications and assist towards one objective - clarity. But, clarity in and of itself is useless without a proper context. We, therefore, begin by developing an understanding of a business's current mission statement. From this point, we review intra-business communications - that is specifically the defined roles, responsibilities and overall scope of each functional area. A feature of this assessment is to gain an understanding of the inputs and outputs in each functional area. We'll consider what is currently transparent in these processes and what is unclear.
We also look at inter-business communications - that is communications with suppliers, distributors, partners. Again, the goal is to develop an unbiased and neutral picture of each business environment. Finally, we look at how communications between the business and clientele. In each assessment, we are seeking evidence of strategic and tactical misalignments. Often our clients will be aware of a fairly vague description of a problem space but lack the neutrality and time to uncover the issue.
